During his master’s program, Dr. Choi focused on prebiotics and antibiotics, exploring their potential applications and impact on human health. In his doctoral studies, he contributed to the development of vaccines and antibody therapeutics, advancing immunological therapies. Dr. Choi’s expertise extends to protein and peptide engineering, reflected in his extensive portfolio of patents and scholarly publications.
